Konomie Spirit, How did this pass survey?

These boats are only passing survey after exemptions are applied for, they do not pass survey requirements without these exemptions. One example of this is the V1040′s flybridge steps, they do not pass & Derek was told of this when I made the plugs & moulds for this boat. (He Knew Better!)

Attached are photographs of Konomie Spirit, these where taken just after it was delivered direct from the Voyager factory!

Maybe someone should ask Maritime Safety Queensland how this passed? This is downright dangerous!!!

checked out another new vessel similar to this one and it has same sort of defects if not worse. I can understand how some people cost cut but can’t stand it when it comes to safety, people lives are involved and really looks like they don’t care. you shouldn’t be drinking when you drive one of these so I would imagine you definitely shouldn’t be when building them!
