Derek’s website moved due a to mounting legal case.
Derek was ordered today by Australian Authorities to take down his illegal website which was hosted on Micron21 hosting, based in Melbourne,
Instead of complying with Australian laws he has moved it to JustHost.com based out of Chicago in the United States.
We are working with US and Australian authorities to close the noose around this fraudster. Will keep you posted.

At no point where any demands or requests made to Mr Appleton, this site is purely a public safety website, HOW LOW can this dangerous man go than to accuse Rex & his sons of heinous crimes, truly a sick man to have the imagination to write that let alone publish it.
Why isn’t Derek suing us you may ask? Simply that Australian & Common law permits “a defence of truth with the condition that a public benefit existed” This site is the truth and I truly believe that the publics safety is at risk on these vessels.
I honestly cannot believe that he would put this sort of information up about kids when his own wife Zelda Appleton works with young-care Australia to try and prevent abuse of children, As they do such great work in the community I have contacted Young-care for there position on the matter.

Understand your hesitation, I do not want to say that the current products are bad or dangerous, however I can not believe that anything has changed,
Perhaps you should see where they are being built, an old grain shed out the back of Steglits Rd in Jacobs Well Qld, once you see the 2 man band of unqualified boat builders and the conditions they are being produced in, I think you will have all the information you need to make up your own mind.
